If you've been set as “Manager of” a team in Friday Pulse, it means you now have access to additional results beyond the results of the team that you are in.
In Friday Pulse, all users can see the results of the team/s they are in in the user list. Sometimes certain users are made “Manager of” a team to give them additional access, so that they can view the results of some, but not all, teams.
This function, along with when user are given “Access to”, can also allow particular Participant users to see the results of certain Tags, Locations and other Custom Attribute groups.
When considering the "Manager of" and "Access to" views of results, it can be useful to remember what visibility different users have:
The additional results visibility Manager of and Access to gives you is designed to help you in supporting the teams that you manage more effectively, enabling you to spot trends early in results, and encouraging you to look after happiness at work, together.
COMING SOON: This visibility also includes access to the Heatmap and Participation report, so you can monitor how the team/s you are “Manager of” (and any of their sub-teams) are doing over time.
As a “Manager of” a team, you can:
These views allow will allow you to review and compare scores across your sub-teams to spot patterns and areas that may need attention.
Your Account Admins may also chose to give you users set as “Manager of” a team access to other Attributes. This could be results by groups such as locations, genders, and tags.
If you have been given access to one or more Attribute, you will see your team’s scores broken down by additional groupings on your Heatmap. This can help you understand if particular groups within your team are having a different experience.
