Account name
This shows up in the invitation emails each week and when your users are logged in so it's a good idea to choose something that is meaningful to your team or organization, but also to keep it short.
Timezone
This is your default timezone and makes sure the invitation emails and when Friday Pulse questions open and close happen at the right time for you. We recommend you choose the timezone that works for the majority of your teams or users, or where your head office is. If needed, you can set other timezones, for users in different timezones, in "Locations".
Country
Your default country. Most likely your head office location.

Settings
Features
Here you can choose who can see individual Notes: the Thank yous, Celebrations, Frustrations and Ideas. By default this is set so only members of the same team can see these Notes, but it can be set so the Notes are visibile to all users across the organization.
Minimum report size
By default, three or more people from a team or group must have responded for the average scores to be shown. It is possible to increase this minimum if you prefer even stronger anonymity.
Scheduler
Your Scheduler settings depend on which account type you are on; Pro, Essential or Classic.
Pro
- Weekly, questions open: Choose a day - Thursday or Friday - and time as late as possible in the week that will still capture as many people as possible. Any changes should be made when questions are closed, up to an hour before questions are due to open.
- Weekly, questions close: Leave Friday Pulse open no longer than necessary. It can be set to be either Mondays or Tuesdays, between 4am and 11pm in your set timezone. When questions close, all users will be sent a message encouraging them to look at the results. Any changes should be made when questions are closed, or up to an hour before questions are due to close.
- You'll notice there are no reminder time settings - these are handled automatically, depending on your Open and Close settings.
- Monthly, week included: If enabled on your account, select the week of the month to include the monthly questions that power the Risk report. Changes should be made when questions (including weekly questions) are closed.
- Quarterly, Culture Profile: Shows the date of your next full Culture Profile measure. If you need to change the date of this, please email help@fridaypulse.com
- Quarterly, Culture Profile duration: This shows the number of weeks over which your Culture Profile questions will be included with your weekly questions. By default this is one week. If this is set for two / three weeks, users who do not respond to these questions in an earlier week will have the opportunity to answer them one of the following weeks. If you would like to change the number of weeks the Culture Profile questions are included with your weekly questions, please email help@fridaypulse.com
