Whether you’ve just started using Friday Pulse or you’ve been using the platform for a few years, a coaching call with one of the Friday Pulse team helps you make the most of your Friday Pulse results.

What will the coaching call cover? We'll discuss how happiness looks across your account, with insights from the science and other clients to contextualize your scores and we’ll use the reports to dig into team data.

Together we’ll also explore the implications for processes and for strategic initiatives. Questions or topics for discussion can be emailed to your coach ahead of the call.

Who is the coaching call for? We like to keep numbers on the call small so there is an opportunity to have a conversation with you about your results and provide the most relevant guidance possible.

We suggest two to four Admin/Analyst/Senior leader users of your account, responsible for culture building in your organization, join the call.

When is a good time for the call? A good time for the call is in the weeks following your Culture Profile measure, so your latest data points are still in touch with current employee experience, but we can dig into your most recent results at any time, depending on the best time for you and your organization.

What kind of follow up will we get? Your coach will follow up the call with tips, ideas and topics discussed, as well as a recording of the call (Zoom only) for ongoing reference.

Who can have a Coaching Call? We offer one call to every new Friday Pulse account, to help you get the most out of using the platform.

After the initial complimentary call, we also offer one coaching call a quarter to larger client accounts as part of their Friday Pulse package.
